Recycling: New Shelf Cover from Old Curtains April 4, 2010

I have a IKEA IVAR Shelving unit and a bunch of books, CDs etc on it. The shelves get dusty pretty fast. Previously, I would cover them with some cheap shawls to keep out the dust. I was clearing my old curtains & bedsheets over the weekend and I found a set of full length tab top curtains I had and I turned them into this:

Recycled from my 8 yr old tab top full length curtains . 😀 The cover prevents dusty shelves & hides messiness! :P:D

Recycling is fun & good for the environment!
